had a wonderfull stay! the staff was super friendly and gave us great local tips. our room was very clean and comfy. We had a nice balcony to chill on. it's just a short walk to the leaning tower and close to good food spots! loved the view we had from the room too!
the bathroom being outside was kinda inconvenient and sometimes it got a bit noisy from the hallways.

The Triple Room with Private Bathroom offered a decent space for a family, providing enough room to move around and relax. The proximity to local attractions adds a certain charm, especially for exploring the city.
The air conditioning was sluggish at best, taking forever to cool the room down and leaving it a bit stifling initially. Check-in was confusing, as it's located within an apartment building without clear instructions. the main door is locked, and reception is on the fourth floor, which could lead to unwanted stress upon arrival. Plus, the lift is cramped, barely fitting two people with luggage, and carries an unpleasant smell. For those who appreciate towel changes, note that they only provide fresh linens upon request—be prepared for the same towels if you don’t ask upfront. noise travels easily. I could hear the TV from the adjacent room, which can be bothersome during quiet hours.

The room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, making us feel at home throughout our stay. We enjoyed a lovely city view from our window which added to our experience. Breakfast options nearby were delightful and made our mornings enjoyable.
Limited dining choices on-site might be a drawback for some guests.

The quad room was spacious and ideal for a family of four, boasting a large bathroom and several comfy beds. Cleanliness was impressive throughout the property. For meals, we discovered a fantastic traditional Tuscan restaurant nearby and had delightful breakfasts at a charming café just across the street. While there were no dining options on-site, the recommendations received were exceptional.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a fridge and excellent air conditioning. The hosts provided valuable local dining recommendations and let us store our luggage after check-out, making our exploration more convenient. the external private bathroom was somewhat inconvenient. I noticed the shower took a while to provide hot water, which could be frustrating during busy times. The nearby homemade pies and jams at local cafes are a must-try.
